Shipping Policy

At HealthAmour, we’re committed to delivering your nutraceuticals, health supplements, and beauty products quickly, safely, and affordably. Please review our shipping policy for details on how we process and deliver your orders.

 

1. Order Processing Time

 

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • In case of any delays, we will notify you proactively.

2. Shipping Within India

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days

  • Express Delivery (if available): 1–3 business days

  • Shipping charges are based on payment method:

    • Prepaid Orders: Free Shipping Nationwide

    • Cash on Delivery (COD): May include a nominal handling fee, displayed at checkout.

 

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

 

  • COD is available for select pin codes on orders valued up to ₹1,000.

  • COD orders may require verification via phone or email prior to shipping.

  • For orders above ₹1,000, we encourage prepaid payment options for a smoother checkout experience.

4. International Shipping

  • We currently ship to select international destinations.

  • Delivery timelines vary between 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs processing.

  • Customs duties or taxes (if applicable) are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Some products may be restricted from international shipping due to regulations.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking ID via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment via our website or the delivery partner’s portal.

6. Lost or Delayed Orders

  • If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact us within 72 hours at support@healthamour.com.

  • We’ll coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue promptly.

 

7. Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items

  • In case of a damaged, incorrect, or missing item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Email support@healthamour.com with your order number and photos. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund in line with our Return & Refund Policy.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your Wellness, Our Responsibility

 

At HealthAmour, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right. Please review our return and refund policy for details on how we handle returns, replacements, and refunds.

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of our products (nutraceuticals, health supplements, and beauty items), we accept returns only under the following conditions:

 

  • The product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or expired upon delivery.

  • The issue is reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • The product is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

Please Note:

For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind or dislike of taste/effectiveness.

2. How to Request a Return or Replacement

To request a return, replacement, or refund:

 

  1. Email us at support@healthamour.com within 48 hours of receiving the product.

  2. Include:

    • Your order number

    • A clear photo/video of the damaged or incorrect product

    • A brief description of the issue

  3. Our team will review and get back to you within 1–2 business days.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment (for prepaid orders).

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer. You will be required to share your account details securely with our customer service team.

4. Replacements

  • If you’ve received a damaged or incorrect item, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost, once your return is approved.

  • If the product is out of stock, you may opt for a refund or choose an alternate product of equal value.

 

5. Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following:

 

  • Products that have been opened or used

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Items returned after 7 days of delivery

  • Gift cards, promotional items, or free samples

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

  • Once shipped, the order cannot be cancelled, but you may be eligible for a return as per our policy.
